Now, let me tell you working with Hostgator so far has been a pleasure. I recently transfered all my Godaddy Hosting accounts. And I have saved so much money. I was paying $5 dollars per domain before with Godaddy and my montly hosting costs, where a joke.

But, now with hostgator I pay $25 dollars a month for thier Aluminum reseller package, and I can host unlimited domains. I have saved so much.
In regards to Hostgator, i have not had any reason to contact them so far. So I will not make any commenets yet. But, so far I am very happy with the hosting account and I recommend them.
But only if you like saving money on your hosting.
