Just Web Hosting Tips

It seems like the Geocities, the Free Web Hosting service owned by Yahoo the search engine giant is officially ending service to website owners anytime from now. I’m pretty sure a lot of you have used their service at one point or the other, so it’s kind of disheartening to see them go down with all of the web sites they hosted. My initial web site was on GeoCities, complete with a looping, low-quality instrumental midi file, as well as animated graphics. A lot of other free web hosting services such as GeoCities have risen and fallen over the years because the free hosting business model just doesn’t seem sustainable anymore. Read the full post
